First a little bit of truth. Yeah, we know, that's almost unheard of in the world of SCAMS and spams, but we'll try it anyway.

According to... let's pick on the Mayo Clinic on this one...

The title of the article says it all: "Beware of penis-enlargement scams"

Now the section on pills and lotions:

These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones such as testosterone. Although topical testosterone is sometimes used on adolescent boys to accelerate puberty, there's no evidence that it or any other substance can increase penis size in adult men. In 2002, authorities in the state of Arizona seized the assets of a penis-pill company, in part because the owners fraudulently claimed their product would deliver a permanent gain of 1 to 3 inches. The company owners also refused to honor their money-back guarantee, committing yet another fraud.
www.mayoclinic.com

The following article is about the Arizona case in which:

...Prosecutors described the assets as the proceeds of the fraudulent sale of “herbal-based nutritional supplements … guaranteed to induce gross physical alterations of the human body.”
www.msnbc.msn.com

The same can be said of breast enlargement salves and creams, most hair restoration tonics, and even the majority of the weight loss potions. Yeah, it may make a little difference for a short time. But as soon as you stop taking the product, your body will return to normal. And we can only hope you won't suffer any permanent damage from it.

But we were talking about 'male enhancement' right now.... breasts will come later.
      OK?
So let's look at what the spammer says is in their pill that will work this miracle.

The More Size Penis Pill contain a number of natural aphrodisiacs which have been known many years for their ability to increase sexual desire and performance. Cuscuta seed has been used for centuries as atonic to enhance performance and virility. It works by expanding the blood vessels in the penis, causing increased blood flow, and therefore a much healthier and bigger penis. In addition, it increases the formation of Nitrous Oxide, a natural substance that is important for producing an erection. Cuscuta seed has also been used by prescription and performance in men. Epimedium Sagittum has first been mentioned in German Pharmacopoeia well over 200 years ago as a powerful aphrodisiac. Ginseng increases energy, stamina and vitality. One of its main uses is to improve sexual performance and desire and to increase fertility. Saw Palmetto increases libido, virility and performance. It is also very helpful for prostate health. Ginkgo Biloba improves circulation to the penis.

First out of the box, as it were, is the claim that the pills include a 'number of aphrodisiacs'. Well, this in itself is bogus. While there are many so called natural and herbal aphrodisiacs, NONE have held up to clinical trial as such. Some things work in some people some times, other people don't seem to respond to anything. Besides, an Aphrodisiac is supposed to 'turn you on' (like the 'Blue Pill' prescription drug) not increase the size of a given body part. For more see the FDA information page at fda.gov
Cuscuta seed (Dodder or Semen Cuscutae) is a parasitic vine that is native to Asia. It has not been studied in reputable clinical trials, but even the herbalists and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners agree that one side effect is Insomnia. Nothing any herbalist sites said about it credited it with increasing any body part.
Epimedium Sagittum (horny goat weed) is said to increase libido. It doesn't. However it DOES interfere with the way several blood pressure drugs work in the body, it may also cause excess bleeding. It is also sold in by its Chinese name of Yin Yang Huo. The name 'horny goat weed' is actually applied to any of twenty different species of ... weeds.
Ginseng is one of the favorites of herbalists. However Ginseng is also known to contribute to problems like rapid heartbeat and a rise in blood pressure and excessive bleeding after surgery from www.mayoclinic.com . Which is kind of the idea for an aphrodisiac, except for the bleeding part. But as far as increasing the size of anything.... nope.
Saw Palmetto has been tested in regards to what, if any, role it may play in treating prostate disease in men. And so far the results have been mixed. In serious cases and in prostate cancer, it doesn't seem to work. However there is some signs that it may help in preventing or delaying prostate enlargement in otherwise healthy men. As for enlarging the organ the pills are said to work on- it most certainly doesn't do that, but it can give you an upset stomach. Something that works Against sexual activity.
Ginkgo Biloba has suffered the same fate as ginseng, it has been credited with righting the typical laundry list if ills, but actually treats only a very few specific problems. One of the things it has shown promise in is the treatment of mild memory problems associated with the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. For more information on that see National Institutes of Health http://nccam.nih.gov
And Scientific American Magazine www.sciam.com

Something else the scammer got wrong is that Nitric Oxide is the chemical in the body that contributes to an erection. Not Nitrous Oxide which is the 'Laughing Gas' the dentist uses when you're getting your teeth worked on. The link goes to the wikipedia.org site.

So as with most email and online (and infomercial and 'back of the magazine ads' and everything else....) The only thing that will change size is your checking account balance. It WILL get smaller.

Now for the ones selling larger Female Body Parts

This one is the 'Miracle Secret, Breast Shape Up Massage Cream'

From the product description at www.alibaba.com and another similar product at www.trisiam.com/

This is an all natural breast enhancement system that can improve the size and firmness of your breasts. Get fuller, firmer breasts, can see the result within 30 days.

Specifications:
A special mild cream with over 97% ingredients of Natural origin. Made from Pueraria Mirifica, Phytoestrogens in form of purified cream with Rose essential Oil and natural fruits extracts with plenty of Vitamin C, E and A.

Let's take this one apart point by point like we did the other one.

Pueraria Mirifica is an herb from Southeast Asia that does seem to enlarge the breasts of women. Most notably by interfering with natural hormones and making the body think she's pregnant. It also disrupts the normal ovulation cycle. See more at the National Institutes of Health www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and other sources through a search engine.
Phytoestrogens are the naturally occurring chemicals in plants such as soybeans and linseed meal and oil that mimic estrogen in the human body. Some low level exposures, such as from food sources such as tofu or soy sauce is considered good and may help prevent breast cancer and other problems like Osteoporosis. Overexposure can throw the body's natural balance off and cause serious problems in the long run. Institute of Food Science & Technology in the UK (requires registration).
Rose Essential Oil is steam distilled from roses through a boiling process which reduces hundreds of pounds of rose petals into a thick muck. The steam from said boiling is condensed, then the oil is separated from the collected water. Most usually the oil is used in perfumes and aroma therapy preparations. Its scent is widely regarded as pleasant and relaxing. However its pharmaceutical use as a body part enhancer is somewhat less well documented. One thing it will do is significantly raise the price of whatever it is added to as Rose Oil is very costly as it takes about a dozen and a half of full bloom roses to make one drop of the oil. So it will make you feel better about spending a lot of money for something that won't make your breasts larger.

So because of the Pueraria Mirifica, the woman's breasts may get somewhat larger for some time. But as soon as she stops using the cream, they'll go back to usual. But she won't get her money back.
The same goes for wrinkle creams. While you are using the product daily it will keep the skin inflamed enough to 'minimize the appearance of wrinkles' (sound familiar?). But as soon as you stop using it, the wrinkles will come back and may be worse than ever due to subcutaneous damage from the cream's active ingredients.

Back to the Penis Pill Email.

The address the link in the email resolved to belongs to "WW3 DISTRIBUTERS LLC" which is a domain of a known "Kingpin" Spammer called "Alex Blood" in everything from spamwatch forums to lawsuits and criminal complaints.
Most likely there is no actual person named Alex Blood, just as there is no WW3 Distributers (sic) either.
The http://trustedmoresize.com domain is nothing but a front for one of several fake storefronts. Several of which have been shut down to stay one jump ahead of the authorities.
Why do they still send them out?
Well, to be honest. There is money to be made. Some poor desperate schlubs and schlubesses will send in their credit card number, and be bilked out of however much they can be had for, then Mr. Blood will move on before the FBI stops by for a visit.

These are just like the TV commercials you see on late night cable for work at home schemes. The ones where the smiling spokesmodel says "Go To this website right now and you too can be rich in just weeks." But the actor never says the domain name which is scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Then a month later you notice the same commercial with a different site address.
Makes you go "hhhmmmm", doesn't it?
Well, don't bother humming, it's a SCAM too.
You pay them the thirty-nine dollars for a kit that explains to you the secret to getting rich is to get other suckers like you to send in thirty-nine dollars. They leave out the "going to jail for fraud" or moving to Nicaragua on short notice part of the equation.

And now the scam spam email with an irrelevant subject line, spoofed from address, gross misspellings, nonsense filler words and a link that doesn't go where it says it is going to in the below email. It's a classic. Enjoy.
